This C<rtiuser.pl> script manages many aspects of RTI user accounts
on the system including adding and removing users, setting their passwords,
enabling/disabling accounts, and enabling/disabling 'admin' privs.

When adding a new C<rti> user via C<--add username> option,
the new account will also be added to the following system groups:

On C<RHEL5> and C<RHEL6>, it will also be added to the C<uucp> group.
